Our partnership with Connective Health and Ryan Hess, MBA has expanded the Perfecting Peds interoperability and ability to take care of our patients in real time exponentially.
We used to rely solely on patient-reported data and health plan claims data, which was almost always incomplete and frustrating for us to gather. Now when I’m working with a patient, with real-time curated data from Connective Health, I can not only see their most recent labs and medication pickups, but also be alerted of such activity in near-real time. It makes a material difference in how quickly and completely we can treat patients and monitor their progression.
